Overall staff was INCREDIBLY WELCOMING. The room was bright, bright with view 901. Wi-Fi, climate control and terrace were a nice touch. The hotel was minute walk from the heart of the George Town.

Many thanks to attendant! Deluxe hotel, 20 km from Penang International airport. The staff were attentive and the stay certainly was great value for money.

Good breakfast, spacious bathroom. We had twin beds and we all slept well. Location is in the centre of the city. Enjoyed the food at their on-site restaurant Nu Orient Coffee House...
